Agreement

By using UiToolbar ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. UiToolbar is provided by UI Studio AI ("we", "us"). If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the Service.

Description

UiToolbar is a developer tool that uses AI to help you edit web applications. You select elements in your browser, describe changes in natural language, and UiToolbar generates code modifications for your source files.

Account & Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse
• You must be 13 or older to use the Service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UiToolbar to:

• Generate malicious code or malware
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing through technical means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Share account credentials or resell access
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

AI-Generated Code

Code generated by UiToolbar is provided as-is. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated code may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before using it in production
• We do not guarantee that generated code will be fit for any particular purpose
• You retain ownership of your source code and any modifications you accept

Billing & Purchases

• UiToolbar is available as a one-time lifetime purchase
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Your purchase grants permanent access to all current and future features
• Early bird pricing is available for a limited number of purchases and may change without notice
• We offer a 7-day full refund guarantee from the date of purchase — email team@uistudio.ai to request a refund
• After the 7-day refund window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• UiToolbar does not include AI provider costs — you bring your own agent (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your source code. By using UiToolbar:

• We do not claim ownership of your code or AI-generated modifications
• The UiToolbar application, brand, and underlying technology remain our property

Disclaimers & Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these terms, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

Termination

You may stop using UiToolbar at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that should survive (like liability limitations) will remain in effect.
